Remote Support
Remote Support is offered by Computer Solutions, Inc. as an inexpensive way to diagnose and, in most cases, fix your system. In order to initiate a remote session, simply enter your name, phone number and email address and click CONNECT TO TECHNICIAN.

A small web applet will then load. (NOTE: This web applet will be unloaded after the support session has ended.) You may be asked to unblock or allow any blocking software you have running.
